ABOUT ME AND MY PRACTICE
I have been a clinical social worker since 1998. I recenly became a Certified Sex Therapist. My practice is virtual only. Telehealth (by phone or video) offers therapy and privacy in the comfort of your own home. It also offers a layer of anonymity which makes it conducive to talking about very personal matters like sex. I do see individuals and couples by video or phone. My style is very casual and welcoming. I provide a non- judgmental environment. I believe in the human connection in counseling, and I think you will find this to be the case as we work together. I am a professional member of AASECT, the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists and of the National Association of Social Workers.

EXPERIENCE
I have over 20 years of experience working in counseling and mental health. I began my work in the addictions field where I worked in rehab, both inpatient and outpatient. I also have a great deal of experience doing generalist work, helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma and other life issues. For at least the past 12 years my focus has changed to couples therapy and helping people with sexual issues.
